Yes. We ship handmade goods — knives, silver, boots, tack, candles, and more — anywhere in the United States. Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Most orders ship within two business days. Standard transit times range from three to seven business days depending on your distance from Cheyenne, Wyoming. You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the gallery.

Every shipment includes a tracking number. You'll get it by email as soon as your package leaves the floor.

Originals are never shipped flat-rate. Each piece is professionally crated, fully insured, and sent via a fine-art carrier. Because every work is different — size, medium, framing — we quote shipping individually after you inquire.

It goes like this: you inquire about the piece, we confirm it's available, we build a custom crate and get a shipping quote, you approve, and we deliver. From inquiry to your door, we handle every step.

Always. Full-value insurance is built into every original shipment. If anything goes wrong between our door and yours, the piece is covered.

Absolutely. Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll have your order ready at 321 W Lincolnway in downtown Cheyenne. No shipping charge, and you get to see the gallery while you're here.

Pickup is available during regular gallery hours. Hours are posted on our Visit page and must match our Google Business Profile exactly.

Take photos of the box and the item before you unwrap anything further, then contact us within 48 hours. We'll file the claim with the carrier and make it right — a replacement, a repair, or a full refund.

Yes. Standard goods carry carrier insurance up to a declared value. Originals carry full-value fine-art insurance. You never take the risk on a shipment from The Cowboy Emporium.
