    The Cowboy Emporium sells original fine art and handmade goods. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, availability is limited. We make every effort to display accurate availability status, but an item may be sold or reserved between the time you view it and the time you inquire. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any inquiry or order at our discretion.

    3. Inquiries, Quotes, and Orders

    • Original artwork is sold by inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a binding purchase until we confirm availability and, where applicable, provide a shipping quote that you accept.
    • Repeatable goods (knives, silver, leather, boots, home goods) may be purchased directly through the Site when checkout is available.
    • All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We may contact you to verify details before processing.

    4. Pricing

    Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. For original artwork, the price quoted at the time of confirmed inquiry is the price in effect. Shipping, crating, insurance, and applicable taxes are additional unless otherwise stated.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Repeatable goods ship nationally with flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout. Original artwork is individually crated and insured; shipping is quoted on a per-piece basis.     6. Returns and Refunds

    Return eligibility depends on the type of item purchased. Original artwork and certain custom or one-of-a-kind pieces may be non-returnable except where required by law. Repeatable goods may be returned within the period stated on your order confirmation, provided they are unused and in original condition. For full details, please see our Returns page.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on this Site — including artwork images, photography, text, logos, and design — is the property of The Cowboy Emporium or the respective artists and makers we represent, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this Site without prior written permission. The Cowboy Emporium name and logo are trademarks of The Cowboy Emporium.

    8. Artist and Maker Representations

    Artwork and goods are created by independent artists and makers. While we represent their work in good faith, we do not warrant the suitability of any item for a particular purpose beyond its description on the Site. Any concerns about a specific piece should be raised before purchase.

    9. Privacy

    Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
